This site does not host a jail roster, booking photograph, mugshot gallery, arrest record, or court file. It points to the offices and official systems that hold them. Ask the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, Arkansas Department of Corrections, filing court, or arresting agency to confirm custody or provide a record. A booking photo and charge document an accusation at intake, not guilt. Every person is presumed innocent unless and until a court enters a conviction.
