A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. Franklin County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own system. The provider's policy applies once the query is sent.
If you send an email or other contact message, the message and contact details may be retained long enough to answer it. They are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
